- 1.地基土壤或岩石发生剪力破坏时，基础底面土壤或岩石所受的压力，称为该土壤或岩石之极限承受载力(ultimate bearing capacity)qult。

式中，Qult为地基土壤或岩石破坏时之上承荷重，亦称极限荷重(ultimate load)；A为基础底面积。
2.净极限承载力(net ultimate bearing cacacity)：
